Strategy for Inclusion of Women and Youth for Green Building Council Albania

The Green Building Council Albania (GBC Albania) is leading a transformative effort to make the country’s green building sector more inclusive, innovative, and sustainable. Traditionally, the construction and green building industries in Albania have been male-dominated, with limited opportunities for women and youth to participate in technical, managerial, and leadership roles. Recognizing this gap, GBC Albania has developed a comprehensive strategy to actively engage these underrepresented groups, ensuring that the sector benefits from diverse perspectives, fresh ideas, and the full potential of the Albanian workforce.
