Downtown One is a 40-story commercial tower located in central Tirana. It is the first building in Albania to receive LEED Gold precertification, demonstrating compliance with international sustainability standards. The project incorporates advanced mechanical systems, intelligent lighting controls, and high-efficiency glazing. Renewable energy sources, including photovoltaic panels, are planned to offset a portion of operational energy demand.
